• tktah is a mediation platform between event owners and buyers, acting as a guarantor of the tickets offered and verifying that they are sold in a secure manner, all tickets are owned by third parties.

i bought a ticket. how do i access it?
• after you purchase the ticket, you will be able to access it through my booking list.
can i get confirmation after completing my ticket booking process?
• after completing the payment, you will receive an sms or email confirming your booking and will be provided with the ticket details.
will i be reimbursed if i share my ticket with someone else by mistake?
• there is no compensation for them, and please commit to keeping your tickets.
can i get a refund if the event is cancelled?
• the decision to recover the amount or not is through the organizer, and tktah will be keen to oblige the organizers to the refund policy. the amount will be refunded in the user's account wallet on the tktah platform and the user can purchase tickets for reservations and other events.
will the ticket be refunded if the event is rescheduled?
• if your event is rescheduled, we will notify you as soon as we receive the new date and time of the event.
