Red Sea Beach – Ticket Pricing & Entry Policy

🧾 Ticket Pricing:

• Entry ticket prices vary by branch, depending on location, size, and available services. (Refer to the price list and offers at each branch.)

• Children’s ticket prices include VAT.

• Entry fees for children and companions are detailed per branch.

• Tickets purchased online are valid for same-day use only.

• Entry is allowed only at the selected branch as indicated in the purchase invoice.

• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be used for another child.

🛑 Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Purchased tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used on another day once the wristband has been received from the cashier.

• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after payment is completed.

🎟️ Ticket Redemption:

• Present your order number to the front desk or cashier to receive children’s wristbands.

• Ticket price includes access to core play areas only (sand pit, ball pit, library, track, pebbles if available, and Candy Care if available).

• Add-on services such as Kids Café or trampoline access are available for purchase at the branch.

🧒 Child Entry Conditions:

• Maximum age for entry: 13 years.

• Children aged 3 and below must be accompanied by a guardian.

• Companions are required for children with disabilities or special care needs.

• Maximum height allowed for entry: 150 cm.

• Children are not permitted to enter as companions.

• Parents must pick up children no later than 15 minutes before branch closing time.

• In case of late pickup, the child will be handed over to mall security, and the guardian will be notified via SMS.

• Play time is open for the full operating hours of each branch.

📌 Safety & Facility Guidelines:

• Parents must empty children’s pockets and remove jewelry or sharp objects before entry.

• Red Sea Beach is not responsible for lost items.

• Shoes must be placed in designated areas; the company is not liable for lost shoes.

• Shoes are not allowed inside the facility for children or companions.

• Food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

• Parents must respond immediately if contacted due to a child’s request.

• The invoice must be shown when picking up the child from the play area.

📸 Photo & Video Consent:

• By entering the branch, the invoice holder (guardian) agrees that photos, videos, or audio recordings taken during the visit may be used for promotional or archival purposes.
