- يجب على الضيوف الالتزام بجميع تعليمات السلامة التي يقدمها المنظم والجلوس في المقعد المحدد من الفريق
- لا يُسمح بإحضار الأطعمة أو المشروبات على متن القارب
- يتحمل الضيوف مسؤولية مقتنياتهم الشخصية، بما في ذلك الكاميرات والهواتف المحمولة والنظارات الشمسية والمجوهرات وغيرها من المقتنيات الثمينة. ولا يتحمل المنظم أو فريقه مسؤولية فقدان أو تلف أي من هذه المقتنيات

- Participants must be aged 8+ to participate in this activity
- Participants aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult or provide parental signed consent

- By purchasing or using this ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as any additional instructions or restrictions provided by the organiser before or during the tour:
- Guests under 16 years old may only participate if they provide written and signed consent from a parent or legal guardian
- For safety reasons, participation is not permitted if you are pregnant, under the influence of medication, drugs or alcohol, or have a medical condition that may affect your ability to participate safely
- Please inform a member of the organiser team of any medical conditions before departure
- The tour may be cancelled or suspended if weather conditions are considered unsafe by the Organiser Safety Team. The safety limits are a maximum wind speed of 14 knots and waves of up to 1 metre
- Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the organisers and sit in the seat assigned by the team
- Food and beverages are not permitted on board
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including cameras, mobile phones, sunglasses, jewellery and other valuables. The organiser and its team are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings
- The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who arrive late
- Please check your ticket carefully to ensure that the date, time, location and age requirements are correct, and plan to arrive early
- Parking and valet services are not included in the ticket price
