- يمكنك الاستفادة من نقاط المسافر عبر شبكة المسافر متعددة القنوات في السعودية والتي تشمل الموقع الإلكتروني، التطبيق، مركز الاتصال، الواتساب وفروعنا المنتشرة في المملكة
- يمكنك استخدام الكود مرة واحدة فقط
- الكود صالح لمدة 6 أشهر فقط
- نقاط المحفظة المكتسبة صالحة لغاية 6 أشهر من تاريخ إدخال الكود وظهور النقاط في المحفظة
- لا يمكن دمج رصيد المحفظة مع أي عروض ترويجية أو خصومات أخرى
- يمكن تحويل النقاط بعد الحصول عليها إلى برنامج الولاء الذي يختاره المستخدم من الشركاء المتاحين، من خلال ميزة تحويل نقاط المسافر
- لا يمكن استبدال قيمة نقاط المسافر نقداً

# صلاحية

- القسيمة صالحة لمدة 180 يوم (أيام) من تاريخ الاسترداد / التفعيل. تنتهي صلاحيتها في 00:00 في اليوم الأخير

# نوع القسيمة

- **الخطوة 1:** قم بتسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك وتأكد من تفعيل مزاياه عبر تطبيق المسافر والموقع الإلكتروني
- **الخطوة 2:** من خلال التطبيق: اضغط على "أضف النقاط لمحفظتك" ضمن خانة "محفظتي" في قسم "ملفي الشخصي". من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني: اضغط على خيار "إضافة وكسب النقاط" من خلال خانة محفظتي في قسم "حسابي"
- **الخطوة 3:** حدد الخيار لتستفيد من نقاط المسافر عبر إدخال الكود الخاص بالقسيمة *ستحصل على نقاط المسافر المكتسبة في محفظة المسافر خلال 60 دقيقة كحد أقصى من إدخال الكود ويمكنك بعد ذلك الاستفادة منها عند الحجز

- The unique voucher code can only be submitted on the KSA version of the Almosafer app or website
- You must be signed in with a verified account while submitting the unique code
- Almosafer Points can be redeemed across all Almosafer KSA omni-channel touchpoints including web, app, call centre, WhatsApp and across retail branches
- The unique code is valid for one-time use only
- The unique code is valid only for a period of 6 Months
- Almosafer Points are valid for 6 Months from the date the code is redeemed
- Wallet balances cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts
- Points can be transferred to the user’s chosen loyalty program from the available partners upon redemption through the Almosafer Points Transfer feature
- Almosafer Points cannot be exchanged for cash

# Usage validity

- The voucher is valid for 180 day(s) from the redemption/activation date. It expires at 00:00 on the last day

# Voucher Type

- **Step 1:** Sign in to a verified account on the Almosafer app or website
- **Step 2:** On app: Go to the 'Add Points to your Wallet' section under Wallet in 'Profile'. On web: Go to the 'Add & earn Points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'
- **Step 3:** Choose the option to use an Almosafer Points code and submit your unique voucher code*. *You will receive the Almosafer Points in your Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem it on bookings
