- الحوامل في الأسبوع الـ28 من حملهن أو أقل: يُمكنهن ركوب الهليكوبتر دون أي قيود
- الحوامل بين الأسبوعين الـ28 و36 قد يُطلب منهن شهادة طبية صادرة قبل 7 أيام من موعد الرحلة تؤكد إمكانية ركوب الهليكوبتر
- لا ننصح الحوامل في فترة ما بعد الأسبوع الـ36 بالسفر، وقد لا يسمح لهن بركوب الهليكوبتر وفق تقدير المشغل أو قائد الطائرة

- يقر العميل بأنه قد قرأ وفهم ووافق على الشروط والأحكام لدى تأكيده الحجز أو المشاركة في الخدمة
- **جولة الهليكوبتر – الشروط والأحكام:**
- **1. عام**
- تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام جميع رحلات الهليكوبتر التي تشغِّلها [شركة الطائرات المروحية] ("المشغل"). بحجز الرحلة أو المشاركة فيها، يوافق العميل ("الراكب" أو "العميل") على هذه الشروط والأحكام
- يجب الدفع الكامل كما هو محدد أثناء عملية الحجز
- **2. الحجز والتأكيد**
- جميع الحجوزات خاضعة للتوفر وتأكيد المشغل
- يجب الدفع الكامل كما هو محدد أثناء عملية الحجز
- سيتم تزويد العميل بتأكيد الحجز عبر البريد الإلكتروني
- يحتفظ المشغل بالحق في رفض أي حجز وفق تقديره
- **3. هوية الركاب**
- يجب أن يكون عمر المشاركين 3 سنوات فأكثر لركوب الهليكوبتر
- يجب على الركاب تقديم بطاقة هوية صادرة من الحكومة تحتوي على صورة شخصية قبل الصعود
- يجب أن يطابق الاسم الموجود في الحجز الاسم الموجود على بطاقة الهوية المقدمة
- يحتفظ المشغل بالحق في رفض صعود أي راكب إذا لم يستوفي متطلبات الهوية
- **4. الوزن والمقاعد**
- وزن الحقيبة المسموح بها لكل عميل: 7 كلغم
- يجب تقديم وزن الركاب بدقة أثناء الحجز
- لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة وتوازن الطائرة، قد يتم وزن الركاب عند تسجيل الوصول
- يحتفظ المشغل بالحق في تعديل ترتيب المقاعد أو إعادة تخصيص الرحلات لضمان توزيع سليم للوزن
- الحد الأقصى المسموح به لوزن الراكب هو 120 كغ / 265 رطل
- **5. تسجيل الوصول وركوب الطائرة**
- يجب على الركاب تسجيل الوصول قبل [25 دقيقة] من وقت الإقلاع المحدد
- الوصول المتأخر قد يؤدي إلى إلغاء الرحلة دون استرداد المبلغ
- لا يمكن صعود الركاب على متن الهليكوبتر قبل [10 دقائق] من الإقلاع
- **6. الطقس وظروف التشغيل**
- جميع الرحلات تخضع للظروف الجوية، ومراقبة الحركة الجوية، والظروف التشغيلية
- يحتفظ المشغل بالحق في إلغاء أو تأخير أو إعادة توجيه الرحلات لأسباب تتعلق بالسلامة أو الظروف غير المتوقعة
- في حال أُلغيت الرحلة بسبب الطقس أو الظروف التشغيلية، يقدم المشغل:
- رحلة مجدولة دون أي تكلفة إضافية
- أو استرداد كامل المبلغ (إذا لم تكن إعادة الجدولة ممكنة)
- **7. السلامة والسلوك**
- يجب على الركاب اتباع جميع تعليمات السلامة الصادرة عن الطاقم
- يُمنع اصطحاب الحيوانات الأليفة على متن الهليكوبتر
- يُمنع منعًا باتًا حمل المواد الخطرة أو الأسلحة أو المواد القابلة للاشتعال
- يحتفظ المشغل بالحق في منع أي راكب يظهر سلوكًا غير آمن أو مزعج من ركوب الهليكوبتر أو إنزاله منها
- يجب ربط أحزمة الأمان طوال مدة الرحلة
- **8. المسؤولية والتأمين**
- يحمل المشغل جميع شهادات تشغيل الطيران والتأمين على المسؤولية المطلوبة حسب ما تفرضه [الجهة التنظيمية - الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني]
- تقتصر المسؤولية على النطاق المسموح به وفق الأنظمة والاتفاقيات الجوية المعمول بها
- لا يتحمل المشغل مسؤولية:
- الإصابات الشخصية أو أضرار الممتلكات الناتجة عن إهمال الركاب،
- فقدان أو تلف الأمتعة الشخصية،
- الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية (بما في ذلك تفويت الرحلات أو الفعاليات)
- **9. سياسة الخصوصية**
- تُستعمل البيانات الشخصية التي جُمعت أثناء الحجز لأغراض إدارة الحجوزات، وضمان السلامة، والالتزام بلوائح الطيران
- يتم التعامل مع البيانات وفقًا لـ [نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية من الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي - سدايا]
- **10. القوة القاهرة**
- لا يتحمل المشغل أي مسؤولية عن الإلغاء أو التأخير أو التغييرات الناتجة عن أحداث خارجة عن إرادته، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الطقس، والكوارث الطبيعية، وقيود المجال الجوي، والاضطرابات السياسية، والأوبئة، أو الأعطال الميكانيكية
- **11. النظام المطبَّق والاختصاص القضائي**
- تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام أنظمة [المملكة العربية السعودية]، وأي نزاعات تنشأ عن الرحلة أو تتعلق بها تخضع للاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم [المملكة العربية السعودية]

- **المغادرة: من الطيران الخاص (SPA) إلى الصالة التجارية**
- للانتقال من الطيران الخاص إلى الصالة التجارية، سيتم تنظيم النقل على النحو التالي:
- 1. عند الوصول إلى الطيران الخاص (SPA)، سيتم استقبال الركاب من قبل منسق الضيافة /الاستقبال (HLO / Meet &amp; Greet) في صالة الطيران الخاص SPA
- 2. سيقوم الممثل بمرافقة الركاب شخصيًا من الصالة إلى مركبة CTC
- 3. يتم نقل الركاب عبر CTC مباشرةً إلى المبنى المخصص حسب رحلة المغادرة الخاصة بالمسافر
- 4. عند الوصول إلى المبنى المخصص، يتابع الركاب إجراءات المغادرة الخاصة بهم

- Children aged 3 years and above can enjoy the helicopter transfer, provided they are accompanied by a parent or a guardian for a safe and comfortable journey

# Booking Limitations


- Participants must weigh between 20kg-120kg for this activity

- **For safety reasons and passenger comfort:**
- Up to 28 weeks of pregnancy: passengers may travel without restriction
- Between 28 and 36 weeks: a medical certificate issued within 7 days of the flight may be required confirming fitness to fly
- Beyond 36 weeks of pregnancy, travel is not recommended and may be refused at the discretion of the Operator or pilot-in-command

- Booking confirmation will be provided by email
- The Operator reserves the right to reject bookings at its discretion
- Passengers must present valid government-issued photo identification beforeboarding
- The name on the booking must match the ID presented
- **ETD (Estimated Time of Departure):**
- All flight departure times are provided as ETD and are subject to operational approvals and clearances. The final departure time may vary due to factors such as air traffic control (ATC) or tower clearance, airspace coordination, weather conditions, and other operational requirements.

# Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 48 hour(s) before the selected activity date

- **Helicopter Transfer – Terms and Conditions:**
- **1. General**
- These Terms and Conditions govern all helicopter flights operated by [THC] (“the Operator”). By booking or participating in a flight, the client (“Passenger” or “Client”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions
- Full payment as specified must be received during booking process
- **2. Booking and Confirmation**
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Operator
- Full payment as specified must be received during booking process
- Booking confirmation will be provided by email
- The Operator reserves the right to reject bookings at its discretion
- **3. Passenger Identification**
- Participants must be aged 3+ to flight on the helicopter
- Passengers must present valid government-issued photo identification before boarding
- The name on the booking must match the ID presented
- The Operator reserves the right to deny boarding if identification requirements are not met
- **4. Weight and Seating**
- Allowed Luggage weight: 7 kg per passenger
- Accurate passenger body weights must be provided at booking
- For safety and aircraft balance, passengers may be weighed upon check-in
- The Operator reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements or reassign flights to maintain safe weight distribution
- Maximum allowable Passengers wights is 120 kg / 265 lbs
- **5. Check-In and Boarding**
- Passengers must check in [25 minutes] before the scheduled flight time
- Late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund
- Boarding closes [10 minutes] before departure
- **6. Weather and Operational Conditions**
- All flights are subject to weather conditions, air traffic control, and operational considerations
- The Operator reserves the right to cancel, delay, or reroute flights for safety reasons or due to unforeseen circumstances
- If a flight is canceled due to weather or operational reasons, the Operator will offer:
- A rescheduled flight at no additional cost
- Or a full refund (if rescheduling is not possible)
- **7. Safety and Conduct**
- Passengers must follow all safety instructions from the crew
- Pets are not allowed inside the helicopter
- Dangerous goods, weapons, or flammable materials are strictly prohibited
- The Operator reserves the right to deny boarding or remove any passenger exhibiting unsafe or disruptive behavior
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times during the flight
- **8. Liability and Insurance**
- The Operator holds all required air operator certifications and liability insurance as mandated by [Regulatory Authority - GACA - General Authority of Civil Aviation]
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable aviation laws and conventions
- The Operator shall not be liable for:
- Personal injury or property damage caused by passenger negligence
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential losses (including missed connections or events)
- **9. Privacy Policy**
- Personal data collected during booking is used solely for processing reservations, ensuring safety, and complying with aviation regulations
- Data is handled in accordance with [Personal Data Protection Law by SDAIA]
- **10. Force Majeure**
- The Operator shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, airspace restrictions, political unrest, pandemics, or mechanical issues
- **11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction**
- These Terms are governed by the laws of [The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia]. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the flight shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia]

- **DEPARTURE: Private Aviation (SPA) to Commercial Terminal**
- For transfers from Private Aviation to the commercial terminal, transportation will be coordinated as follows:
- 1. Upon arrival at Private Aviation (SPA), passengers will be welcomed by a HLO / Meet &amp;Greet representative at the SPA lounge.
- 2. The representative will personally guide and escort passengers from the lounge to theCTC vehicle.
- 3. Passengers will be transported via CTC directly to the designated terminal, based ontheir departing flight.
- 4. Upon arrival at the terminal, passengers will proceed with their onward departureformalities.

- To facilitate onward transfer to Private Aviation where helicopter is located, passengers arerequired to report to the CTC / ALSAFWA counter immediately after clearing immigration.
- 1. Upon landing, proceed through immigration.
- 2. After immigration, proceed directly to the CTC / ALSAFWA counter as detailed below.
- 3. Present a valid government-issued ID to the CTC / ALSAFWA representative.
- 4. Upon verification, CTC / ALSAFWA personnel will personally escort each passengerindividually and arrange transportation to Private Aviation (SPA).
- Passengers must report to the counter before exiting the baggage claim or arrival hall.Transportation services will only be provided after in-person verification at the CTC / ALSAFWAdesk.
