- في حالة وجود ظرف قاهر أو حدث غير متوقع، يحتفظ المشغل بالحق في إلغاء النشاط. في هذه الحالة، سيتم إعطاؤك خيار إعادة جدولة أو طلب استرداد كامل

- Advance booking is required and is subject to terms and availability
- **Children’s Policy:**
- National Day offer: SAR 60 per ticket for children aged 5 to 10 years
- A maximum of two children under 5 may enter free of charge when accompanied by their parents
- Parents must accompany their children throughout the entire visit
- Each accompanying adult must purchase a separate admission ticket

# Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hour(s) before the selected activity date
- If cancelled less than 72 hours before the booking time, the customer is not entitled to a refund. In this case, the customer may reschedule the booking subject to the dates available at the resort

- In the event of a force majeure or unforeseen event, the operator reserves the right to cancel the  activity. In this case, you will be given the option to reschedule or request a full refund
