- **الشروط والأحكام:**
- يتم تطبيق رسوم وقت الانتظار في حال التأخير من قِبل العميل: 100 ريال لكل ساعة إضافية لفورد تورس، و150 ريال لسيارات GMC
- الأسعار المذكورة لا تنطبق خلال مواسم الحج والعمرة في مكة والمدينة، وقد يتم تطبيق أسعار موسمية خاصة خلال هذه الفترات
- تشمل الخدمة تأمين شامل يغطي السائق والركاب حسب عدد المقاعد المحدد من الشركة، بالإضافة إلى مسؤولية الطرف الثالث
- تشمل الخدمة الصيانة واستبدال السيارة عند الحاجة
- لا يسمح بالتدخين داخل السيارة
- في حال حدوث أي ضرر داخل السيارة بسبب العميل، قد يتم تطبيق رسوم تنظيف أو إصلاح بقيمة 200 ريال تُخصم من وسيلة الدفع المسجلة
- الشركة غير مسؤولة عن الأغراض الشخصية التي تُترك داخل السيارة بعد انتهاء الخدمة أو تسليمها للعميل أو أي طرف آخر

# سياسة الإلغاء

- ستُسترد المبالغ كاملة عند الإلغاء قبل 2 يوم (أيام) من تاريخ النشاط

- لا يتم استرداد أي مبلغ إذا تم الإلغاء قبل أقل من ساعتين من موعد بدء الخدمة
- تُطبق 50% رسوم إلغاء إذا تم الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة من موعد بدء الخدمة

- **Terms & Conditions:**
- Waiting time charges apply for delays caused by the guest: SAR 100 per additional hour for Taurus vehicles and SAR 150 per additional hour for GMC vehicles
- Rates mentioned above are not applicable during the Hajj and Umrah seasons in Makkah and Madinah. Special seasonal rates may apply
- The rental includes full comprehensive insurance covering the driver, passengers within the vehicle’s seating capacity, and third-party liability
- Vehicles include maintenance support and replacement service when required
- Smoking is not allowed inside the vehicle
- Any unusual spills, excessive dirt, or damage caused by the guest may result in a 200 SAR cleaning or damage fee charged directly to the provided payment method
- The company is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle after the service ends or once handed over to the guest or a third party

# Cancellation Policy

- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 day(s) before the selected activity date

- 100% cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time
- 50% cancellation fee applies for daily bookings if cancelled within 24 hours before the scheduled start time

# Usage validity

- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
